A: Once the order is placed it is not possible to cancel or change the shipping address, in fact according to our terms and conditions once the order is placed we send your order to the factory for processing.

Q: Why is the manual not marked in English?

A: In order to keep the price as low as possible, the leaflet can be marked in a language other than English. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail, we will be happy to answer you.
